When can I visit?
Visitor numbers are estimates provided by Google. Actual conditions may differ.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before our lunch break or closing time.
What can I bring?
For example: iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminium, stainless steel and batteries.
We can assess unidentified metal parts at the yard. You can also email us a description and photos.
We do not accept liquids. Household rubbish, building rubble and other non-metal waste are not accepted.
Keep batteries separate. Do not open or drain them. Contact us before transporting damaged batteries. Do not burn cable insulation.
How your visit works
Please always follow our team’s instructions.
- First, report to the weighbridge office. Our team will tell you where to go.
- When asked, drive onto the weighbridge. Get out of the vehicle and wait for instructions.
- Unload at the assigned place. Small quantities are weighed separately by metal type.
- Drive back onto the weighbridge before leaving. Get out of the vehicle again.
- Then go to the counter with your photo ID. You will receive a statement and payment in cash.
How much will I be paid?
The price depends on the type, weight and condition of your metal. Prices can change. Our information is a guide only. We can discuss exact prices, costs and available options with you in person at the yard, without obligation.
Cables also contain plastic. Car batteries also contain liquid. Their price is therefore lower than the price of pure metal.
